Bauleiter Site Manager (m/w/d) Hotel Renovation

We specialise in the end-to-end development of all processes involved in the transformation of a hotel. We design, build, and manage the procurement and installation of furniture, ensuring a comprehensive, high-quality service for every hotel project.

What will your role be?

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the projects assigned to you, ensuring that quality, safety, and delivery deadlines are consistently met.

What will your day-to-day responsibilities include?

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate the daily activities of the different projects assigned to you.
• Ensure that each project meets the required quality and safety standards while complying with agreed execution deadlines.
• Manage and lead construction teams, ensuring effective coordination between internal staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor the assigned budget, optimising available resources and ensuring the financial viability of each project.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders involved, anticipating and resolving potential issues.
• Prepare regular reports on the status and progress of projects, identifying potential deviations and proposing effective solutions.

Who are we looking for? You are the person we are looking for if you:

• Have a degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Have at least 5 years of previous experience as a Site Manager, preferably within the retail, restaurant, and/or hospitality sectors.
• Have knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Microsoft Project.
• Have an upper-intermediate to advanced level of German.
• Have strong team leadership skills, a positive attitude, a solution-oriented approach, and a high level of commitment.
• Are comfortable working under pressure in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
